Over the years, working in professional kitchens and studying functional nutrition taught me something important: food is about so much more than calories or rules. It’s energy. Connection. Confidence. Joy. And the small choices we make in our kitchens every day truly shape how we feel.
That’s why I created Recipe Club inside my app — a place designed to help women build kitchen confidence, nourish their families with less stress, and learn how to make healthy eating work in real life.
