I created MOMentum Reset because, as moms, we too often beat ourselves up for not having enough time, willpower, or discipline to take care of ourselves.

But here’s the truth: it’s not your fault.
We juggle more, carry more, and the demands on our time are endless.

Wellness isn’t just calories in, calories out or eat this, don’t eat that. The wellness space is noisy — and your body is unique. You want to be healthy and enjoy your life.

I’ve been there — not knowing where to start, blaming myself when I couldn’t keep up. That’s why I built a better way.
