Food has always been at the heart of my family. Growing up my mom’s home-cooked meals and weekend baking sessions taught me that the best dishes are made with love and meant to be shared. I guess that's what kick started my culinary career. I dedicated myself to my career as an Executive Chef, crafting exceptional culinary experiences and mastering the art of creating food that connects people. But then, motherhood changed my perspective on food. I began asking deeper questions: Where does our food come from? How does it truly nourish us? And how does it impact our overall well-being?
When we got the opportunity to move to Europe for a few years, I stayed at home with our children and went back to school, and that's when my journey really transformed. I traded in my corporate chef whites for a new mission: to help busy women—like you—find balance in the chaos of life through nutrition, cooking, and wellness.
Over the last decade, I’ve studied functional nutrition, plant-based culinary medicine, and women’s hormonal health. I became a certified nutritionist and wellness practitioner with one goal in mind: to help women unlock their full potential and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. As a mother and wellness advocate, I understand the juggling act. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, short on time, and in need of real, sustainable solutions. That’s why I’m here—to guide you with simple, actionable steps that can easily fit into your busy life.
