We start by talking about your needs, your schedule, your family, and your goals. Maybe you want the basics, like quick, simple meals that Nourish in No Time. Maybe you cook for one and need new ideas or want to Nourish from Scratch and stock your freezer, so you don’t have to cook every day. Or maybe you want practical ways to add more plant-forward foods, fiber, or nutrient-rich ingredients into your family meals. Maybe you’re a confident cook who wants to explore new techniques like sprouting, fermenting, or making your own chocolate so you want to Nourish Next Level. Whatever your goals, I tailor the session just for you — no judgment, no pressure, just real solutions that work for your life.

But these sessions aren’t just about cooking. We chat about nutrition, digestion, hormones, and gut health, all in a way that’s practical and easy to implement for YOU. I’ll share tips for grocery shopping, label reading, meal prep shortcuts, and how to eat well without blowing your budget.

I bring years of chef experience and deep knowledge of the world’s healthiest ingredients, plant-based nutrition, culinary and lifestyle medicine, and hormone expertise, — and I turn all that into simple, doable steps you can use right at home. No complicated recipes, no confusing rules — just real food, real strategies, and real confidence in your kitchen.
