My Wellness Journey and Mission
My journey into wellness began in the kitchen, where I spent many years as a professional chef. But as I deepened my understanding of food and nutrition, I realized that true well-being goes beyond what’s on the plate. I went back to study culinary medicine and nutrition, specializing in plant-forward nutrition, holistic cooking, and women’s hormonal health. My purpose is to show women that they have more control over their health than they may realize, and to equip them with the tools and knowledge to do so—without feeling overwhelmed on top of life’s many demands.
